We are looking for an individual who can not only establish and maintain good relationships with our clients but one who can do the same with our technician staff. This position also involves outbound calling to current clients, prospective clients, and to follow up on unsold work orders. Job duties also include, but not limited to, leading the Customer Service team members to ensure calls are scheduled for the technicians to run. Along with these duties the dispatcher is responsible for routing and monitoring our technician staff through our scheduled calls each day and tracking company vehicles/data entry of important information which is used in the company goals and coaching. Dispatcher will have a bonus plan in place for exceeding normal job duties.
Dispatching a technician staff of 15
Answering multiple phone lines
Scheduling service calls/Sales appointments
Outbound calling and making follow up sales calls
Data Entry work and reporting
Must have dispatching experience.
Good positive attitude very important.
Must be able to answer multiple phone lines.
Must have customer service experience, 1 year minimum.
Must have the ability to outbound call successfully, sales experience is a plus.
Must be able to schedule and sell unsold work orders over the phone.
Ability to multi-task and work in an organized fashion.
Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
Must be reliable, motivated, honest and ethical.
