2020 Census Kick Off Event

“The importance of the Census 2020 cannot be overstated. In our state alone it will decide the disposition of $13.7 Billion dollars that will be allocated for Medicaid, transportation and food assistance as well as apportionment for voting,” said Ron Roberts, Planning & Zoning Department Manager. “We, as a county, need to make it our mission to see that we count everyone once and in the right place so that we are correctly represented. Please help get the word out about completing the Census 2020 information to all your neighbors, customers and fellow Douglas County residents.”
