A Master's Winter Exhibit

The CAC will be awash with creativity of the DC school students as they interpret the work of master artists (ie., Matisse, Van Gogh, Rembrandt, etc) giving them a winter or holiday spin. This exhibit allows the teachers to incorporate their curricula about master painters into the exhibit project and provides the students a fun challenge to see winter and holiday scenes in a new light.

Each student selected as the best entry in their age category will win a Gift Certificate for classes, art supplies or framing, generously sponsored by The Red Cockerill Gallery.

The reception for the show is on Thursday, November 30th from 6 - 8 p.m. and is hosted by the CAC’s Art Gallery Committee.
