Join AMP’D for our final professional development event of the year! This time we’re talking about Upskilling 101. What is Upskilling? According to a 2019 Forbes article, upskilling is the process of individuals learning new skills. 
 
Join us on Nov. 15 from 5:30-7 pm as guest speaker Human Resources Director Teaa Allston-Bing gives some insight into the art and science of Upskilling! In addition to a brief presentation about best practices for individuals looking to invest in themselves, our conversation will also touch on the importance of investing in yourself, remaining relevant, and staying abreast of the paradigm shifts in their chosen fields. 
 
We will also hold a Q&A session for people who might be stuck without a mentor.
