Common Ground Dinner - Creating a More Inclusive & Equitable Douglas

Common Ground Dinner - Creating a More Inclusive & Equitable Douglas

Join us on November 9th from 5:30-7:30 p.m. for a Common Ground Community Dinner presented by Georgia Power Company and sponsored by RaLin featuring facilitator Angie Sims.

These events are held quarterly at local restaurants in Douglas to encourage open, honest dialogue and learning around topics focused on equity, diversity and inclusion.
Over dinner, we will explore the following questions:

  • What does equity mean in our community?
  • How can we create a more inclusive and equitable Douglas County for everyone?
  • What role can we play in reshaping the lens of equity in our community?

Angie Sims is an expert rainmaker and changemaker with over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is passionate about using her platform to advance equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Join us for this important conversation as we work together to create a more just and equitable community for all.
