Mercer University Women in Leadership Series: Leading Virtual Teams

Leaders face common challenges as a result of the sudden shift to virtual work environments. As organizations continue to examine the future of their remote workforce, it is critical for today’s leaders to employ a variety of strategies to effectively and efficiently lead virtual teams. This session will emphasize best practices for leaders to overcome challenges and establish productive virtual teams through communication, engagement, interaction, and accountability.
