Mommy & Me Yoga

Bond with your child and get into a yoga class! Our mommy and me yoga is a fun and interactive way for toddlers to build strength, and release excess energy. The class combines unique preschooler-friendly yoga poses with songs, stories and games to create an enriching parent/child activity. We will move from warm-up to active play, partner poses, then through mindfulness exercises and closing relaxation. Appropriate for children ages 2-5 years.
