Join us in celebrating Serenity Empire at Sweetwater Creek! Serenity Empire is the first locally owned Assisted Living & Memory Care facility of their size in Douglas County. They offer 3 levels of service to our Senior Citizens: Personal Care, Memory Care, and Respite Care. They focus on caring for seniors the way they deserve to be treated with love, respect, and care.
