Job Description Summary

This position performs specialized enrollment management duties that aid students in the navigation of enrollment processes.

Key Qualifications

-Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with the completion of a baccalaureate degree in a course of study related to the occupational field, baccalaureate degree preferred
-Sufficient experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position for one to two years
-Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle or equipment operated

Key Responsibilities

-Provides information and assistance with admissions, financial aid and registration.
-Initiates follow-up contact with students related to ongoing enrollment matters.
-Manages enrollment documents
-Processes on-demand transcripts for current and former students
-Participates in recruitment workshops, special events and activities designed to boost enrollment
-Enters student registration information
-Participates in new student orientation
-Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

-Knowledge of federal, state and institutional policies and procedures related to student enrollment
-Knowledge of admissions, registration and general financial aid requirements
-Knowledge of college policies and procedures
-Knowledge of computers and job-related software programs
-Skill in the analysis of problems and the
development and implementation of solutions
-Skill in oral and written communication
-Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
