Job Description
Responsible for supervising the front desk team, leading customer service for members and guests : answering questions, welcoming, and other member communications. The supervisor is the liaison between the front desk and all other departments, communicating relevant information to the front desk team as needed, conducts department meetings and training. The position requires excellent customer service, communication and organization skills, familiar and comfortable in a gym environment, able to work day and evenings. Hours may vary. Monday - Friday.
