Qualifications

  • High School diplomat or equivalent
  • Experience in insurance and securities is a plus, but not required
  • Have clean background check
  • Be already life insurance licensed, securities licensed (series 6, 63, 26,65). Or be able to be fully licensed within 180 days of getting started. Licenses fees, and exams fees will be subsidized.
  • Being able to work independently, with minimum to no supervision, after being fully trained.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Schedule appointments with prospects and potential clients
  • Generate new referrals
  • Maintain knowledge with the securities industry
  • Utilize proper risk management.
  • Train and develop new talented representatives.
