Job description
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for your customers
  • Operate as liaison between customer and various companies represented by Thompson Insurance Agency
  •  Develop a trusted advisor relationship with your customers
  •  Identify and grow opportunities within your customer base
  •  Develop plans to target new customers
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
